The data controller is Kirill Prosekov, an individual based in Czechia. For anything about your data, write to hello@rushframe.app and you will get a real answer from a person.
Our payment provider acts as merchant of record and is a separate controller for your payment data under their own privacy policy.
| Data | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Your scene file and the frames we render from it | To perform the render you asked for | Performance of a contract |
| Email address | To send you your job link and tell you when the render is done. Optional — the service works without it | Performance of a contract |
| Job metadata: frame count, resolution, render times, price | To run the job, to bill correctly, and to keep accounts | Contract, and legal obligation for accounting records |
| Server logs: IP address, timestamps, error traces | Security, abuse prevention and debugging | Legitimate interest in keeping the service working |
We do not ask for your name, address or phone number. We never see your card number — see section 4.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds nothing from advertising networks or social platforms. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Your job page remembers nothing beyond the link itself.
We use a small number of processors, each for one narrow job, and each bound by a data processing agreement:
| Processor | What they handle |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare R2 | Stores your scene and rendered frames |
| GPU marketplace (Vast.ai) | Provides the machines that run the render. Your scene is downloaded to a machine, rendered, and the machine is destroyed |
| Payment provider (merchant of record) | Takes the payment and issues the invoice. They receive your payment details; we do not. They are a separate controller for that data under their own privacy policy |
| Email provider | Delivers the messages we send you |
Some of these are based outside the European Economic Area, primarily in the United States. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use your scenes or frames to train anything.
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Scene file and rendered frames | 7 days after the job finishes, then deleted automatically |
| Unpaid quotes and their files | 24 hours |
| Email address | Until you ask us to delete it |
| Job and billing records | As long as accounting law requires |
| Server logs | 30 days |
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
Write to hello@rushframe.app and we will answer within 30 days. In practice, deletion is immediate — say the word and the files go.
The supervisory authority here is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz). You may also complain to the authority in your own country.
The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date at the top and, where we have your email and the change matters to you, tell you directly.
